Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Taghazout Adventures website and participation in our services, including surf lessons, tours, and other outdoor activities. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Offered
Taghazout Adventures provides surf lessons, hiking tours, bike tours, camel rides, and other outdoor activities. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety requirements.
Booking & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Payment may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival (depending on the service).
Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations due to weather or safety concerns will be fully refunded or rescheduled.
Customer cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded.
No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit their booking fee.
Safety & Participant Responsibility
All participants must follow the instructions of our guides and instructors.
Participants must inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to joining any activity.
Taghazout Adventures is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during activities.
Liability Waiver
By booking and participating in any activity, you acknowledge the risks involved in outdoor activities and agree that Taghazout Adventures, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.
Changes to Services
Taghazout Adventures reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
